This three-storey vertical garden has around 80 varieties of aroids (out of 120 plant varieties in total) Many aroids are epiphytes and as such particularly suited for vertical gardens. Some species can be quite large and heavy (+10kg) considering they have almost no soil and only a few millimiters of felt to cling on to. They also display a wide range of leaf color and texture, making them a particularly eye-catching feature of any interior vertical garden. Installed in 2023 at Carleton University by our Canadian partner Wallemi Living Walls.
