Espaço Espelho d'Água

A vertical garden located in a new restaurant/gallery/concert venue next to the river in Lisbon. Wrapping around the four walls of the kitchen that is inserted in a open space of a renovated 40s pavilion. Several windows in the plant surface shows the activity in the kitchen.

The side facing the bar has mostly varieties of Rhipsalis, Ficus, Begonia and Streptocarpus, creating a compact patchwork with some flowers and colorful leaves. The opposite wall is characterized by large leaved aroids and cascading ferns on the top corner. Each short side have doors to access the kitchen. One side is planted with many dark leaved Alocasia and Anthurium while the other has some unusual begonias.
