Loewe Barcelona

In Loewe’s Barcelona store, all four walls surrounding a small courtyard were made into vertical garden. The courtyard is 7m high and located behind tall buildings, so light levels are low. The architects wanted a wall with a geometrical layout of the plants.

Strong plants like Hedera helix, Chlorophytum comosum and Ficus pumila have been used for the darkest areas, and higher up there are some Heuchera, Tiarella and few different ferns.
